At Fynelvo Real Estate Crowdfunding S.A.S. ("Fynelvo", "we") we respect the privacy of the people who visit fynelvo.com and use our services. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose and what your rights are as a data subject.

2. Data we process
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the newsletter form (name and email address) and the usual technical browsing data (IP address, device type, pages visited) that are automatically generated when you access the site.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to send you communications about real estate projects and news from Fynelvo, on the basis of your prior, informed and free consent (article 5 of Law 25,326). Technical data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest to keep the site running and secure.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link included in every email or by writing to hola@fynelvo.com. Technical data is retained for a maximum period of 24 months.
5. Recipients
We do not sell or trade your data with third parties. We may rely on technology providers acting as data processors (email delivery, hosting and analytics) under contract and with standards equivalent to those required by Law 25,326.
6. Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your data by writing to hola@fynelvo.com. The AAIP, as the supervisory authority, is empowered to handle complaints related to breaches of the applicable personal data protection regulations.
