These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the site fynelvo.com, owned by Fynelvo Real Estate Crowdfunding S.A.S. By entering the site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.

2. Purpose of the site
The site provides information about the Argentine real estate market and about the crowdlending model applied to the sector, offering subscription to an informative newsletter. No content published constitutes personalised financial advice or a public offer of securities under Law 26,831.
3. Regulatory framework
Our activity is framed by Law 27,349 on Support for Entrepreneurial Capital, CNV General Resolution 717/2018 on Collective Financing Systems, Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data and Laws 24,240 and 26,361 on Consumer Defence.
4. Permitted use
You may access and browse the site for personal and informational use. It is forbidden to reproduce, copy, distribute or modify the content without prior written authorisation, or to attempt to breach the security of the site or access restricted areas.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from the use of the site will be subject to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
